PS-04 surveillance device: "Swiss Army Knife" for intelligence from "Ukrspeсconsulting"

The company is preparing for serial delivery to our military a radically updated combined surveillance device PS-04. Compared to the 2020 version, the device has received a completely new component base and has become a truly universal tool for increasing situational awareness on the battlefield.

PS-04 is a multifunctional device that combines the capabilities of several reconnaissance tools at once.

⚙️ Key functionality

Optical channels: For effective operation in various conditions, PS-04 is equipped with a daytime camera and a powerful thermal imager, which provides high-quality surveillance at night and in conditions of limited visibility.

Coordinate determination: The device has a built-in laser rangefinder, digital compass and multi-system GPS module with support for GPS, Galileo, BeiDou and GLONASS. This ensures high accuracy in determining target coordinates and resistance to enemy interference.

Guidance and data transmission: Thanks to a special algorithm, PS-04 automatically determines target coordinates. The device supports triangulation mode for rapid data transmission to weapons. There is also an IR illumination function ("infrared pointer"), invisible to the naked eye.

Video recording: PS-04 allows you to record video in real time and take photos of detected objects with subsequent data transfer to external digital devices (tablets/computers) for analysis.

The characteristics of the PS-04 meet the tactical and technical requirements of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Regarding the technology, the PS-04 provides detection at a distance of up to 5 km (day/night). Recognition is possible at a distance of up to 3 km during the day and up to 1.3 km at night, and identification - up to 2 km during the day and up to 650 m at night.

For humans, the capabilities are as follows: detection - up to 2 km (day/night), recognition - up to 1 km during the day and up to 600 m at night, identification - up to 500 m during the day and up to 300 m at night.

These indicators may vary depending on the specific observation conditions.

🛡️ Versatility and advantages of Ukrainian production

The PS-04, weighing just over 2.5 kg, is a universal tool for reconnaissance, SSO, assault troops, artillerymen and fire adjusters.

Application features:

The device can act as an autonomous means of control and observation: it can be installed on a tripod and controlled remotely via a 50-meter cable.

Production and economics:

Localization: All form factors, circuit solutions and software are completely Ukrainian. This simplifies repair, service and software updates.

Competitive advantage: On the global market, the PS-04 is 2-3 times more affordable than existing Western analogues, while maintaining high functionality.

We are currently conducting active negotiations with the military regarding the start of serial deliveries of PS-04 devices for units of the Security and Defense Forces.
